Our Process

Herbs - The source of it all!

​We only purchase herbs from our trusted US Based Wholesalers. 

They go through vigorous testing and are certified organic.

Tests Include:
Identity Testing
Bacteria, Mold, & Heavy Metal Testing
Pesticides and Herbicide Testing

Sometimes herbs aren't available in the commercially grown/organically
certified format because they are only collected in the wild. 
These herbs are labeled Wild Harvested or Wild Crafted and are subjected to the same rigorous testing.

We make our tinctures in small, handmade batches.
Our tinctures are made with our superior quality herbs, and a menstruum of either alcohol, or Kosher USP Food Grade Glycerin and distilled water.

We never use heat - these are 100% cold cured tinctures.
The cold cure process takes a bit longer (6 weeks to be exact), but it's worth it!
We never use any heat to speed along the process.  Adding heat to a tincture can change the herb and can affect the color/flavor radically.

All tinctures are made to exacting standards.
We cold cure our tinctures in a 1:4 (herbs to liquid) ratio.
As we are a small business we do not have our tinctures sent out for any testing/certifications.
This means you won't see the Organic Certification on our products, but you have our guarantee that only certified organic and/or wild harvested ingredients are ever used to make our tinctures.

Single-Herb Tinctures
When you purchase one of our single-herb tinctures you are purchasing a 6 week,
cold cured, tincture with two ingredients - the herb listed, and the menstruum.
No colorants, additives, or other junk added - ever.

Tincture Blends
Our tincture blends are made from the mixing of our single-herb tinctures.
These blends are created with herbs that compliment one another and are formulated for ease of use.
